Is Tvon.com the official website of TVON channel?

Yes, www.tvon.com is the official website which sells genuine diamond and gemstone jewelry directly to consumers in the United States. This is our newly launched sales channel apart from our regular Live TV shows.

How do I place an order on Tvon.com?

Placing an order with Tvon.com is easy! Simply add your desired product(s) to the cart, and then proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions, and choose your preferred payment method. Our payment gateway is secure, and you can enter sensitive information without any worries. You will receive an order confirmation email once you have completed the checkout process.

What payment methods does Tvon accept?

How safe is my information?

Is it safe to buy diamonds and jewelry over the internet?

Yes. Tvon.com uses secure socket layer (SSL), data technology to ensure protection against your personal information when processing orders. All of the payments are processed through Authorized.net and offer buyer/seller protection.

Is mailing jewelry safe?

Yes. Tvon.com ensures all packages are directly delivered to the confirmed address on each order and requires a signature upon delivery. We buy full insurance for all packages we ship out.  We take full responsibility for the package and its contents until it has been signed for.

Do you provide any warranty?

We offer lifetime warranty on all items we sold. This warranty covers cleaning, re-polishing, re-sizing, gemstone and/or diamond tightening and inspection.  Any services performed by another jeweler will void the warranty.

Why does my product or gemstone look different to the image pictured on the website?

The product photography featured on our website matches the product as closely as possible. All of our jewelry is hand-crafted with genuine stones and sometimes the minute details such as the exact shade of color of the stone can vary slightly. 

What are your business hours?

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. We are closed on weekends and National holidays

How long it will take before I receive the order?

If it is in stock, order will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 15-20 business days before your order is in transit to you. Allow us some time to craft your jewelry as per your design specification and requirement before we can ship your merchandise out to you.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order with the Order ID provided in your email receipt in the Order Status section. You can also contact our Customer Service for assistance.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Currently we offer free regular shipping for all orders within USA 

Can TVON ship my order overnight?

Yes, we can ship your order overnight for a fee.

Does Tvon offer International shipping?

Are the products listed made of genuine diamonds and gemstones?

All of our products are made using genuine stones. Your package will include a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ for the Diamonds and Gemstones which will guarantee the legitimacy of its authenticity.

What if I want to return the item that I purchased?

Any unworn items that you would like to return for a full refund must be in our hands within 14 days upon receiving the product, with all original tags still attached and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment. Items are eligible for an exchange (same product or store credit) if returned within 30 days upon receipt of product. No returns accepted if an item is sold as a FINAL SALE.

What if I received a defective product?

By all means, we strive to deliver our products in high-quality to meet our customer’s expectations. However, if we have delivered the wrong product or wrong size, or if there are any other manufacturing defects, we take full responsibility and will refund the cost price if we cannot issue an exchange for the merchandise.

How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?

Refund mostly takes around 3-5 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible only before the item is shipped out from us. Please check your Order Status and/or call us at 1-626 626-8700 for more questions. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. 

Does Tvon offer repair services for the items purchased?

Yes, we offer excellent repairs at competitive prices in case you damage your jewelry accidentally. Please contact our customer care team to initiate the process. Write to us at care@tvon.com or call us 1-626 626-8700 and we will be happy to walk you through the procedure.

How long it takes for the items to be repaired?

Repair can take anywhere between 3 to 10 days – based on the services that you require.

Are the prices on Tvon.com subject to change?

Prices on Tvon.com are subject to change without prior notice. Be assured you will be charged only the current listed price on the day of your purchase.

Can I include a personalized message in my order?

Yes, Tvon would like to be a part of making memories. You will be given a provision to write a small personalized message at checkout. Please refrain from using obscene language.
