Yes. Tvon.com ensures all packages are directly delivered to the confirmed address on each order and requires a signature upon delivery. We buy full insurance for all packages we ship out. We take full responsibility for the package and its contents until it has been signed for.
We offer lifetime warranty on all items we sold. This warranty covers cleaning, re-polishing, re-sizing, gemstone and/or diamond tightening and inspection. Any services performed by another jeweler will void the warranty.
The product photography featured on our website matches the product as closely as possible. All of our jewelry is hand-crafted with genuine stones and sometimes the minute details such as the exact shade of color of the stone can vary slightly.

If it is in stock, order will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 15-20 business days before your order is in transit to you. Allow us some time to craft your jewelry as per your design specification and requirement before we can ship your merchandise out to you.

All of our products are made using genuine stones. Your package will include a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ for the Diamonds and Gemstones which will guarantee the legitimacy of its authenticity.
Any unworn items that you would like to return for a full refund must be in our hands within 14 days upon receiving the product, with all original tags still attached and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment. Items are eligible for an exchange (same product or store credit) if returned within 30 days upon receipt of product. No returns accepted if an item is sold as a FINAL SALE.
By all means, we strive to deliver our products in high-quality to meet our customer’s expectations. However, if we have delivered the wrong product or wrong size, or if there are any other manufacturing defects, we take full responsibility and will refund the cost price if we cannot issue an exchange for the merchandise.
