Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: December 14, 2024

Welcome to TVON's Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and have an active account with TVON. Employees, affiliates, and partners of TVON may not be eligible. Please check specific exclusions if applicable.

2. Referral Reward

Referrers ("you") will earn a $50 credit for every successful referral that meets the Program requirements.

A referral is deemed successful when:

• The referred individual ("Referee") signs up by calling (626) 626-8700 and cites your first name, last name, and phone number on file as the referrer.
• The Referee completes any purchase of an item on the TVON live show or online at TVON.com.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.

3. Referee Reward

Referees may receive a $50 discount on first purchase upon successful sign-up and completion of the required action.

Any additional terms related to the Referee reward will be communicated during the sign-up process.

4. Limitations

Nothing in the Program shall be deemed to create any kind of relationship between the referrer and TVON. The referrer has no authority to represent or bind TVON.

The use of spam, bulk emails, or unsolicited communications to promote your referral is strictly prohibited.

5. Fraud and Abuse

TVON reserves the right to disqualify referrals or participants it believes, in its sole discretion, are abusing the Program, including but not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts.
• Self-referring or attempting to manipulate the Program’s mechanics.
• Using unauthorized or deceptive methods to distribute referrals.

6. Program Modifications and Termination

TVON reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

In the event of termination, unused or pending rewards will be forfeited.

7. Taxes

Any applicable taxes on rewards are your sole responsibility. TVON will not provide tax documentation unless legally required.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
