Returns and Refunds

Summary

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments.
  • There is no stocking fee for returned items unless otherwise stated.
  • Items that have been worn, modified, damaged, have the tag removed, or are sold as a final sale are not eligible for return.
  • For a full money-back guarantee, returns must be received within 14 days from delivery as indicated by the packages' tracking information.
  • For a store credit, returns must be received within 30 days from delivery as indicated by the packages' tracking information.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Items in unworn condition with the original packaging and materials, including certificates.
  • Items that have been in the customer’s possession for less than 30 days from the delivery date as indicated by the packages' tracking information.
  • Items not purchased under a final sale as indicated on the invoice contained within your package.

Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn and/or damaged.
  • Items that have the original tag tampered with and/or removed.
  • Items lacking original jewelry boxes, gift boxes, and/or certificates.
  • Items that have been customized or altered, such as resizing or engraving by an outside jeweler.
  • Items that have been in the customer’s possession for more than 30 days from the delivery date as indicated by the packages' tracking information.
  • Items purchased under a final sale as indicated on the invoice contained within your package.
  • Items received by TVON that are not eligible for return will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Ensuring Smooth Returns

Please follow the below recommendations as closely as possible to ensure safe arrival and timely processing of your return.

  • Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • Please include the original invoice with the RMA# written on it in your return shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments.
  • We strongly recommend customers use FedEx for return shipments if conveniently available in your area. We also accept packages from UPS and USPS.
  • We strongly recommend customers use a shipment method that includes online package tracking and purchase insurance for return packages. TVON is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
  • Please pack the return merchandise securely with the original packaging.
  • DO NOT indicate anywhere on the outside of your return package that it contains jewelry, gemstones, or any valuables.
  • Please include all documentation from the original package, such as receipts and certificates.

Refunds

  • We inspect all returned items within 10 business days of receipt. Any item that is received in a condition that is not new or that does not include all of its original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • After the product’s original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, store credit or perform an exchange. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
  • If you are returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.

Defects

  • Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt for shipping errors or manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date as indicated by the packages' tracking information.
  • TVON will pay for all shipping fees related to making a return for refund, store credit, or exchange for defective merchandise.

Re-Shipment

  • Unless your original return was made due to defective merchandise, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the merchandise to the customer.
